Is the work sub-contracted out?
If so, the contract company may not pay as much attention to detail as you should expect. We have experienced crews of professional shed builders and foremen who check each job after it is completed to ensure every finishing touch has been covered.

Will the shed have a warranty? If so, who is responsible for items covered under warranty?
We offer a five year warranty on our custom built sheds. We are responsible for replacement or repairs required during the warranty period.

Do you carry insurance?
We carry general liability insurance, automobile insurance, and workmens compensation insurance. We are a state licensed building contractor and comply by all rules and regulations provided by the state.

Are the workers professional?
Our shed building crews are professionals who act respectable and treat your property as if it were their own. Work will be performed quickly and efficiently to allow you to get back to your routine schedule without having to wait weeks or months for a job to be completed. We will clean up each work area prior to leaving. Each job site is inspected by a foreman to ensure nothing is missed.

Can building parameters and specifications be changed?
We hire professional carpenters and can build almost anything you can imagine. We are happy to modify standard plans to fit your yard, dreams, and provide the best functionality possible Some examples of modifications include- Double doors, single door, oversized doors, or garage doors
- Awning off the back of the building to provide hidden, covered storage for lawn mowers, bicycles, and other general yard equipment that does not require being inside a building.
- Wood deck or cement patio around the shed or running between structures (from your house to the shed, etc.
- External wall hangers - great for hanging up pool or yard equipment that my be outside in the weather without ruining.
Types of Sheds
Gable Sheds - Simple shed with double doors and windows (positioned to suit your requirements)- Quaker Sheds - Sheds with a very traditional appearance - a center line roof offset forward creating an extended eave over the doors (great for keeping rain off the doors). We also offer the addition of a cupola.
- Cape Cod Sheds - Sheds with dormers, double doors plus a single 9 or 11 light entry door.
A shed dormer has a single-planed roof, pitched at a shallower angle than the main roof. - Hip Roof Sheds -A hipped roof shed has a roof where all sides slope downwards to the walls, usually with a fairly gentle slope.
