- Two functioning windows with screens and shutters
- Pressure treated 4x4 wood skids (certified for ground contact)
- Pressured treated 2x4 wood floor joists
- Pressure treated 5/8" plywood flooring
- Roof includes 20 year shingles (30 year warranty upgrade optional), ridge vent, tar paper beneath shingles, drip edge
- Ground leveling up to 8" with concrete blocks and / or pressure treated lumber
- Entire shed building may be lifted on vertical foundation posts if your location is on a hill
- No sub-contractors. All work is performed by our full time shed building crew!
